- Is itch.io safe to download from?
Yes it is!
- Will itch.io automatically update the game for me?
Gachaness won't be automatically updated by itch.io.
- Do I need to uninstall Gacha Club to install Gachaness?
Not at all!
- Do I need to uninstall Gachaness to install a new update?
Well in most cases, no, android should update the installed version for you when you install an update for the game, and all save data should remain. If on PC, you do need to delete it or replace the files atleast, but your save data will remain.
- How do I know if my computer is 32-bit or 64-bit
1. Select Start > Settings > System > About. Open About settings
2. Under Device Specifications > System type, see if you're running a 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows.
- How do I import my Gacha Club characters?
Unfortunately, this isn't a Gacha Club mod, so it isn't using Lunime's code or system, basically you can't import any Gacha Club character, whether if it's an online or offline code, you'll have to recreate it. Your character may not be recreatable due to the game having new assets and most probably not going to have all gacha club assets implemented.
- When will the game release, it's been 2 years since the last update (as of 2023/06/11)
Well maybe this year or next year(2024), hopefully this year, as I have restarted the game's development.

Disclaimer for mobile users(for current avaliable versions avaliable for download):
Playing the game on android can ruin the gameplay because some settings are not there like, if there is a video and controls are hidden, on mobile they will be there. The music on the title screen, it will show the controls for it on title screen. There's more than that, mobile does not support VBA scripts, future updates, won’t apply, we are looking for the perfect game engine, we looking for tutorials for GDevelop5 so we can make it for android and iOS which may not come sooner because exporting for iOS is possible not on GDevelop5 YET but it is coming soon but we don't know when, so does the developer of GDevelop5. This is for the POWERPOINT version of the game!

what does this do?
uhh, its a Gacha Fangame, so you dress up & make videos with it? Not at the moment tho, work in progress
hello I was hoping i could have my questioned answered because I'm looking for a tutorial on how i could turn my powerpoint into a html file so that its playable on itch.io, how were you able to have this running on the browser?
it somewhat simple, i can't recall too much but lemme try, you take the PowerPoint file and upload it onto onedrive, when uploaded via i think some sort of context menu there should be some sort of embed button somewhere, maybe in a share tab? idk
but you get the embed url of your game and paste that onto a new html file.
Only issue is that hyperlinks might bug out a bit and anything VBA-related will simply just not work.
If you have any questions, just ask, i'll try answer them next time I check itch.io
i made a little concept of character customization and i think it will be nice to add in the game. here
i haven't checked it out as of now however as written in the game description i think... I'll rewriting the game in GDevelop
Alot more than efficient than PowerPoint plus it should allow the game to be multiple platform without needing external programs like PowerPoint which is paid 🥶🥶
edit 1: yea i did specify the game is being rewritten in gdevelop so it won't be helpful as of now :/

unfortunately no, web builds will be created but it means all iOS will need to use the web browser to play
btw i was looking at the "major update" (i did not fall for it ok) and i saw that you downloaded the vid with y2mate. its better to use apps like from the microsoft store to download videos
i stopped using y2mate years ago since it's jam-packed with tons of ads with some contain suggestive stuff 🥶
I now use Cobalt to download videos and such, I find using websites is more efficient than having an installed app to download videos but that's just my personal preference.

the android version doesn't need PowerPoint
oh that one, yea i forgot to change the package identifier so gacha life has to be uninstalled. It's not recommend to get this version anyway because it's not much as it may seem.

uhm, well you have to turn on developer mode which should allow you to install android apks, so then all u will have to do now is just wait for the big revamp supporting Windows, MacOS, Linux and Android(including chromebooks since dev mode allows you to install android apks)

Simple, for now you download the zip, install Microsoft PowerPoint 2013 or higher if you dont have it already then run the .pptm file. But the windows, mac, linux, android and web version is being worked on without the need of external applications.

Unfortunately at the moment you can't really play the game on any platform because the game is broken made in PowerPoint with Macros so I am making a better version for Windows, MacOS, Linux and Android, for any other platforms like iPhones and iPads you will only be able to play the web version as I can't compile for Apple's Devices except MacOS.
